Trust and Transparency

We understand that adopting new technology requires trust. Here is how we carry out our works, ensure accuracy, and support your community.

How much will it cost to do AI works?

The responsibility lies entirely with the clan that requests the work. As the originator of the information, the clan must review, verify, and correct the AI output before use. This social initiative operates on a cost‑recovery basis and provides support, but it does not carry liability or duty for the accuracy of the content. Clear responsibility rests with the requesting clan to ensure that the final work reflects authentic knowledge and serves its intended community purpose.

How long does an AI design job take?

The duration depends on the type and scale of the project. Archiving or photo restoration typically takes several days, while video production may extend into weeks due to the volume of material and complexity involved. With AI, these timelines can be shortened — work that once required months may now be completed in days, and tasks that took hours can often be reduced to minutes. Exact timing will vary by project, but AI provides a clear advantage in efficiency.

Who owns the AI created works?

No. You don’t need IT or technical expertise to begin adopting AI. This is a shared journey — our initiative aims to facilitate the adoption of AI so clans can quickly reap benefits of using AI for their heritage and community work as they navigate the technology.

What is the basis of engagement between a clan and this social initiative?

How accurate is the AI translation?

Can damaged photos be restored?

Each clan must appoint an official point of contact (POC). This POC holds the authority to formulate formal requirements, make decisions on acceptance of the work, and request changes where necessary. Engagement is conducted exclusively through this appointed representative to ensure clarity, accountability, and proper decision‑making.

AI models can, and often do, make mistakes. Any AI‑generated creation must be followed by human editorial review to ensure cultural accuracy and correct representation of the original intent.

Yes. AI image models can assist in reconstructing faded details, repairing physical tears, and restoring natural color — helping preserve the authentic spirit of the original photograph. However, human review remains essential for final checks to ensure accuracy and respect for the original.

Who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and correction of AI‑generated output?

We operate on a cost‑recovery basis, not for profit. Each project requires a modest contribution — starting from just a few dollars — to ensure requests are made responsibly and directed toward genuine community needs. Our goal is to keep AI adoption affordable and accessible, while covering only the resources required for the creation work. To ensure optimal deployment of resources, all requested works must be accompanied by a clear plan for community use and active sharing, rather than being left unused or confined to informal, ad‑hoc circles. This approach ensures every project delivers meaningful impact and benefits the wider clan community.

Do we need AI or IT expertise to embark on adopting AI solutions?

All AI‑created works are owned by this social initiative as the creator. Clans that commission works may use them for their stated heritage or community purposes, but cannot commercialize or sell them. Clan‑specific works will not be shared beyond the requesting clan without their agreement, while broader cultural topics must be shared across communities as part of the social cause, with the clan recognized for commissioning.
